Drops & Orders
How do Sterling Antonio drops work?
Every collection is released once, in limited quantities. Drops are announced to our email list first, then go live on the site at the scheduled time.
Will sold-out pieces be restocked?
No. When a piece sells out, it does not return. No restocks, ever. That is what keeps every release meaningful.
How do I get early access to the next drop?
Join The List. Subscribers are notified before every release and get first access before it goes public.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within [X hours] of purchase, as long as they have not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within [X business days]. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to [list countries / United States only]. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in [X days], contact us and we will look into it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached may be returned within [X days] of delivery. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges depend on availability. Because drops are limited and never restocked, your size may sell out. If it does, we will issue a refund instead.
Sizing & Care
How does Sterling Antonio fit?
Our pieces are cut with a [relaxed / true-to-size] fit. Each product page includes measurements. If you're between sizes, [size up for a relaxed look / take your usual size].
How should I care for my pieces?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on prints. Proper care keeps the fabric, color, and print looking sharp.
