CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Although, we would like to accommodate all changes, but unfortunately, we fulfill orders quickly! Once your order has been submitted, then it will to 3 to 5 businesses days to review. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting the changes. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note: We cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Once you receive a code either from our newsletter or one that is provided somewhere on the website (Hint). Once you place an order, and then confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to make any adjustments or changes to your purchase. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code? Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?
Only items purchased from Sterling Antonio. Our apparel may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn, unwashed and unused.

When should I expect my order
Our shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Please allow 6 to 8 business days for your product to arrive at the destination of your choosing. Shipping costs differ based on the order. See the final shipping costs during checkout. From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US. The surcharge amount will depend on destination. If you have US-based customers, we suggest that you add the surcharge to your shipping or product prices.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Please refer to our REFUND POLICY page: https://sterlingantonio.com/pages/refund-policy and upload a photo of the defective item. Once submitted, we will review your request for approval. Once we have approved the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions.
