All orders are processed after payment is received.

Because each item is produced on demand, processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 Business Days

Tracking Your Order

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear within the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Sterling Antonio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@sterlingantonio.com so we can assist with an investigation.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing may require the customer to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
