Made-To-Order Production

Every Sterling Antonio order is individually made on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This production model allows us to maintain intentional craftsmanship, premium quality standards, and limited inventory practices across every collection.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or accidental purchases.
  • Please carefully review your order, sizing, shipping information, and product selection before completing checkout.
  • Limited drops, discounted products, promotional items, and gift cards are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.

Unauthorized Returns

Because all products are created after purchase, returns must be approved before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or orders returned due to incorrect shipping information are not eligible for refunds or complimentary replacement.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, transit delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.

  • If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact us immediately.
  • Some claims may require additional verification before a replacement or resolution is approved.
  • Approved replacements follow the same production and shipping timeline as standard orders.
