3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@sterlingantonio.com with your order number and desired exchange details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or misrepresented product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
