At Sterling Antonio, every item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email contact@sterlingantonio.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size & Fit Responsibility

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. Since all products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
