Shipping Policy

Every Sterling Antonio piece is made to order. Below is what to expect from checkout to delivery.

Production

Orders enter production once payment is confirmed. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During peak periods, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and holidays can extend them.

Shipping costs

  • United States: complimentary on all orders
  • International: calculated at checkout based on destination

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves production. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

International duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. Sterling Antonio is not responsible for these fees, and orders refused on delivery because of them are not eligible for a refund.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once an order ships, delivery timing is in the carrier's hands. Sterling Antonio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact the carrier directly. We're happy to help with the claim.

Shipping address

Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the customer covers the additional shipping cost.
